KRBY Creations LLC was established so that I could bring some of my creative ideas to fruition and share them with other people. Along the way I have met some very special and talented people that have either helped me bring these things to you, or I have been fortunate enough to work with and help them launch their work and ideas.

I have long felt that artists have often been undervalued, and perhaps because of their talents in the arts rather than business acumen, sometimes taken advantage of in commercial opportunities. At KRBY Creations, I try to reward all of the creative contributors by sharing a royalty of total sales with them, even in areas I could choose work-for-hire contracts. That's part of my mission and goal, in my small part of this world, to share the harvest with those that are sowing the seed.

But I also have a larger responsibility, which I feel has been my calling as an entrepeneur. I am a Christian businessman who strongly believes that ethics, integrity, and living Christ's teachings are not only possible and compatible with doing business in this world, but they form a cornerstone of success that is measured on many levels. Although some short term profit opportunities are sometimes lost by these beliefs by standing by the teachings of the Bible, regular and long-term profitability is assured. Beyond financial security, however, the Christian business principles enrich so many lives: employees (who spend a large amount of their daylight hours at work) can enjoy their jobs and be treated with respect and dignity, suppliers and customers are treated by the Golden Rule, community and social needs are realized, and every day you can touch your fellow man in a postive and supportive way.

I hope that KRBY Creations can highlight to only a few people how you can be successful and happy with your work by embracing Christian principles. There does not have to be a separation from the weekend worship and goodwill and the Monday through Friday grind and competition. KRBY Creations succeeds not because of our brilliance or marketing, but because we strive to live by Christ's teachings and let His blessings flow.
